Why do people refuse to take responsibility for their own actions? Not that $120,000 or so in public funding is a big deal but when you think of the masses of pant- and coat-wearing commuters who manage NOT to rip their clothes on train arm rests, don't you think this is one that the MTA doesn't need to fix?
